The service and its operator
Super Excalidraw is operated by LIN SI. By using this hosted service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service. Questions can be sent to silinwork@gmail.com.
The service lets you create, edit, organize, and save Excalidraw boards through a website or an authorized MCP host. Your host provides conversation and AI reasoning; Super Excalidraw provides the canvas, board operations, and persistence. Host features and availability can vary.
Your account and connected tools
Use an account you are authorized to access and protect your sign-in credentials. You are responsible for the hosts you connect and the actions you authorize. An MCP connection grants access to your workspace for supported board operations, including changes and deletion.
Do not bypass access controls, access another person's workspace, disrupt the service, or use it for unlawful or abusive activity. We may restrict access where needed to protect users, investigate abuse, or comply with applicable obligations.
Your content stays yours
You retain ownership of your board content. You give us only the permission needed to host, process, display, and transmit it to provide the service and carry out your instructions, including instructions through connected MCP hosts.
You must have the rights and permissions needed for content you upload or ask a tool to create. Check generated or edited content before relying on it or sharing it. We do not claim ownership of your drawings or guarantee that AI-generated content is accurate or free of third-party rights.
Saving, deletion, and availability
In the embedded canvas, save changes explicitly before leaving. The standalone editor uses its own automatic-save workflow; check its save status. Unsaved drafts may be lost when a page, iframe, or host closes or reloads.
Saves use the latest successful write. Editing the same board in multiple places can overwrite earlier changes; the service does not merge concurrent edits or provide a revision-history restore feature. Export important boards and keep your own copies.
Board deletion has no trash or user-facing restore action. It removes the board from the active catalog and queues stored files for cleanup. Verified account-deletion requests are completed in active systems within 30 days; recovery history and infrastructure records expire separately as described in the privacy policy.
We work to keep the service available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, permanent storage, or compatibility with every host. Maintenance, outages, and changes in third-party services may affect access. Contact support when an operation fails or saved content appears missing.
Third-party services and names
Google, Cloudflare, ChatGPT, and other hosts have their own terms and privacy policies. Your use of those services is also subject to the applicable provider's rules.
Super Excalidraw uses the open-source Excalidraw editor and is independently operated. It is not an official Excalidraw service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Excalidraw, Google, or OpenAI. Their names and marks remain the property of their respective owners.

We may update these terms as the service changes. The current version and its update date are published here. These terms do not exclude rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
