Contact support
Email silinwork@gmail.com. Super Excalidraw is operated by LIN SI. Include what you were trying to do, the approximate time and time zone, your browser or host, and the exact error message if available.
If a board is affected, include its title or URL only when needed. Remove private content from screenshots. Never send passwords, Google OAuth client secrets, access tokens, or authorization callback URLs.
Sign in and find your boards
Use Sign in with Google on the homepage. Your hosted workspace belongs to that Google account; signing in with another account opens a different workspace. If boards appear missing, first check the email shown in your account menu.
Local board files and hosted boards are separate, with no automatic migration or synchronization. The review/test-account sign-in is for issued review and internal verification credentials only; it is not public password registration.
Connect an MCP host
In a host that supports remote MCP and OAuth, use the MCP endpoint at this website's origin followed by /mcp. Sign in, review the requested workspace access, and approve the connection. A plain website session or Google token is not an MCP credential.
Interactive in-conversation canvases require a host with MCP Apps support. Some hosts support tools without the embedded canvas. If the connection expires, reconnect through your host's app settings. Signing out of this website does not disconnect an existing MCP grant.
If an authorization or connection error persists, send support the host name and error message, without tokens or the callback URL. We cannot change a host's feature availability or app-directory review decisions.
Edit and save safely
In an MCP App, the inline canvas is a reading view. Open fullscreen to edit, then use Save. Wait for the saved status before closing the host. A failed save keeps the current draft available for retry while the canvas remains open.
Avoid editing one board in multiple tabs or hosts at the same time: the latest successful save replaces the stored content. Export important boards as .excalidraw files for your own backups. Deleting a board has no trash or restore action.
Account and data requests
To request account deletion, email silinwork@gmail.com with the subject “Account deletion” and the email used for your account. We will verify ownership before processing the request. Do not send a password or token as proof.
Once verified, we complete deletion from active systems within 30 days, including the account, workspace, stored board files, website sessions, and MCP grants. Export the boards you want to keep first. There is currently no self-service account-deletion button.
Infrastructure logs and database recovery history expire separately, as explained in the privacy policy. Your connected host may retain its own conversation or tool records; request deletion of those copies from that host. You can also contact us to request access, correction, connection revocation, or deletion of support correspondence.
